The experimental results in the reactions of 8 kinds of marketed Koktigens, 9 kinds of dead bacilli floated solutions, 4 kinds of marketed vaccines, and 8 kinds of marketed therapeutic serums on the leucocytes are as follow:
1) The degeneration of leucocytes by Koktigens and vaccines is accelerated slightly and no particular morphological changes are observed.
2) By the dead baccilli floated solution, it is accelerated remarkably, especially in the neutrophilic leucocytes, whereas it is slight in lymphocytes. The extent of its harmfulness seems like to be depend upon the number of bacilli.
3) So called toxic granule in the, neutrophilic leucocytes is not formed in the peripheral blood nor produced from the degeneration.
4) A therapeutic serum does not effected on the degeneration of leucocytes at all.
